WINGED SAKURA GAMES (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of people (“you” or “user”). You will need a game account (“Account”) created within the app to use our services.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED
a. Account Registration Information (“Account Registration”): When you create an Account, we collect your username, email address, and password to provide game login services. Your email address is kept private is used for authentication purposes only.
b. Connected Social Media Login (Third-Party): If you choose to sign in to our services via third-party account(s), we may retrieve your personal data to assist in Account Registration and authentication.
c. Profile Information: You can choose to create a public profile with a nickname, signature, and avatar. This information is stored in our database and can be seen by other users.
d. Game Data: We collect information about your game progress and how you play. This helps us run and improve the game and keep your progress saved.
e. Chat Data: If you use chat, we may collect your chat messages. If other users report your messages, we’ll review them to check for harmful content or violations of our rules as specified in our Terms of Service.
f. Harmful Text: We may collect any text you write that we think is harmful, to make sure it follows our rules specified in our Terms of Service. This text may be used to improve our filters and prevent future harmful text.
g. Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) and Device Information. If we think a user is harmful, we may use their IP address and device information to block them. We may also use device information to make sure the game works on your device.
h. Payment Data: If you make purchases, we collect the receipt, time of purchase, amount paid, and product ID from the app store (Apple or Google). This helps us prevent fraud.
2. WHY WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
In addition to the uses described above, we collect and use your data to:
a. Manage your access to our services.
b. Show you ads from third-party advertisers (with your consent, see section 3).
c. Protect our services from security threats and fraud, verify account ownership, and create backups.

3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS
a. If you choose to watch video ads for in-game rewards, we may share data with our advertising partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads). They may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, how you interact with ads, and may use cookies or similar technologies. This data helps them show you relevant ads, track ad performance, prevent fraud, and ensure you receive your rewards.

4. WHO MAY ACCESS YOUR DATA
In addition to WINGED SAKURA GAMES and our advertising partners (if you watch video ads), others may access your data:
a. Other users of our services
Other users can see your nickname, avatar, signature, game data, and chat messages (if you use chat). Avoid sharing sensitive information.
b. Legal Authorities
We may share information to protect ourselves or our users, or if we believe you’ve violated our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or intellectual property rights. This may include sharing information for legal action or defense.
c. Google (Firebase)
We use Firebase Authentication to manage accounts and Firebase databases to store Game Data. Your personal data is used only for account authentication and is not public. For Firebase privacy details, see: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
5. DATA RETENTION
a. We will keep your data only for as long as your Account and our services are active. You can delete your Account in our services (if available) and your data will be deleted immediately. If you can’t delete your Account using our services, please contact support@wingedsakura.com to request your Account to be deleted. We may keep game data backups, which are deleted regularly.
b. When you delete your Account, your Account information is also deleted, as it’s linked to Firebase Authentication.
c. We keep email communication records. If you don’t want us to keep these records, please don’t email us.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You have the rights to withdraw your consent by deleting your Account in our services or directly by email if our services are unable to do so via support@wingedsakura.com.
For security, we may ask you to confirm your Account details. If we can’t verify your identity, we may decline your request. If your request is excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee, as allowed by law and regulations.
a. Right to know about data collected or disclosed
You have the right to confirm the email or social media accounts linked to your account.
b. Right to rectify
To change your email address, you must bind your account to a social media account, unbind the email address, then rebind with a new one. If you do not have a social media account, it is not possible to change your email address due the limitations of the service we use and for security reasons.
c. Right to delete your Account
To change your email, you must link your account to a social media account, unlink the email, and then link a new email. If you don’t have a social media account, you can’t change your email due to service limitations and security.
d. Right to complain
You have the right to complain about how we use your data. Since we only use your data for account authentication, the only way to object is to delete your account.
e. Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent by deleting your Account. If you sign in with a third-party provider, you can also withdraw consent with them. If you do this, you might not be able to access your Account, and we can’t help you recover it as we will not be able to verify you.
7. SECURING YOUR DATA
a. We use Firebase Authentication and take steps to protect your account from unauthorized access. However, no online data is completely secure from hacking, cyberattacks, or other internet risks.
b. Please keep your account safe by changing your password regularly.
c. This Privacy Policy doesn’t cover third-party services like our advertisers, as it is out of our control. We recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how they collect and use your data.
8. AGE LIMIT AND CHILDREN PROTECTION
a. Our services are not for children. Children under 13 (or the legal age in your region) cannot create an account or use our services. If you’re a minor, your parent or guardian must read this policy and give you permission to create an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s activity in our services.
b. Our services, if applicable, only retain personal data for authentication, and it is not shown to the public. Any other information can be optionally disclosed by the user. Please do not disclose any personal information while using our services.
c. Our services may not chat messages unless they’re reported as harmful.
